What we process
What you enter in the request form: name, e-mail and, optionally, phone, company, subject, message and a link to drawings. The site has no accounts and stores nothing in your browser. To deliver pages and protect the form from abuse, the hosting provider technically processes your IP address and browser details; we do not link them to your request or keep them.
Why
To answer your request, prepare a quote and carry on the related correspondence. The data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Russian Federal Law 152-FZ, art. 6(1)(1)), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(5)).
Who receives it
Your message is delivered over an encrypted connection to the company mailbox (info@adenmetal.ru) and is not stored on the website. It is not shared with anyone except the providers that run the website and the e-mail service.
International transfer
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) and the form is processed on its servers in Germany; company e-mail runs on Microsoft 365, whose servers may be outside Russia. By sending the form you agree to this transfer. The Google map on the contact page loads only if you open it.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If analytics is introduced, it will start only after you agree to it.
How long
Until the purpose is met — the answer to your request and the related correspondence — or until you withdraw consent; the data is then deleted unless the law requires us to keep it, for example after a contract is signed.
Your rights and withdrawing consent
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, restricted or erased, and withdraw your consent by writing to info@adenmetal.ru or to the registered address. We reply within 10 working days. If you are in the EU or Turkey you also have the rights given by the GDPR or KVKK, including complaining to your supervisory authority.
