Standing-seam metal roofing
Large standing-seam roofs with complex geometry: curved and double-curved, with soffits and skylights. The main references are airport terminals and railway stations.
What we build
- Industrial standing seam
- Curved and double-curved roofs
- Soffits and overhangs
- Skylights and domes within the roof
- Rainwater systems
- Standing-seam façades
Scope
- 01 3D model, structural and wind-load calculations — our own design office
- 02 Shop and installation drawings, material specifications
- 03 CNC profile machining and assembly at the Rzhev plant
- 04 Delivery in installation order, coordinated with the site
- 05 Installation under technical supervision
- 06 As-built documentation and warranty hand-over
The layers of a roof
Explore an illustrative metal roof in nine steps, from the structural steel deck to the skylight dome.

Structural steel deck
The trapezoidal steel deck transfers loads from the roof layers to the supporting structure. Its profile is shown as closed, thin-walled geometry.

What to send for a quote
A façade or roof is priced from the design, not from a list price per m². The fuller the inputs, the closer the first estimate.
- Architectural drawings: elevations, sections, plans, details — PDF or DWG
- A bill of quantities or areas by construction type, if available
- Specified systems and manufacturers, if already chosen
- Scope: design, supply, installation — or all of it
- Site address, number of storeys and the construction schedule
Questions
Which standing-seam roofs have you built?
Istanbul’s new airport main terminal (standing-seam roof and skylights — 455,000 m²), the Roshchino terminal in Tyumen (standing-seam roof and soffit), Voronezh airport, Perm Art Gallery, the Nazarbayev Centre museum, Astana railway station, Garagum in Ashgabat and the airport in Uyo, Nigeria.
What drives the price?
The system and profile manufacturer, the type and size of glass units or cassettes, the geometry (curved glass, double curvature), the area and how repetitive the elements are, the scope (supply only or with installation), the schedule and the logistics to site.
Do you do the design yourselves?
Yes. Our design office builds the 3D model, runs the structural and wind-load calculations and issues shop and installation drawings from the client’s architectural design.
Where is the plant?
Our own plant in the Rzhev district, Tver region (Esinka). Profiles are cut and CNC-machined there, and units are assembled and shipped in installation order.
