Ventilated façades and cladding

Ventilated rainscreen façades and cladding — often on the same building as the curtain walls, so the junctions are solved in one model. We do the substructure, the cassettes and the installation ourselves.

What we build

  • Composite cassettes
  • Copper cassettes and copper louvres
  • Terracotta panels and ceramic louvres
  • Ceramics, stone and GRC cornices
  • Aluminium and honeycomb panels, curved ones included
  • Spire cladding and complex geometry

Scope

  1. 01 3D model, structural and wind-load calculations — our own design office
  2. 02 Shop and installation drawings, material specifications
  3. 03 CNC profile machining and assembly at the Rzhev plant
  4. 04 Delivery in installation order, coordinated with the site
  5. 05 Installation under technical supervision
  6. 06 As-built documentation and warranty hand-over
How we work

What to send for a quote

A façade or roof is priced from the design, not from a list price per m². The fuller the inputs, the closer the first estimate.

  • Architectural drawings: elevations, sections, plans, details — PDF or DWG
  • A bill of quantities or areas by construction type, if available
  • Specified systems and manufacturers, if already chosen
  • Scope: design, supply, installation — or all of it
  • Site address, number of storeys and the construction schedule

Questions

Can the rainscreen and the curtain walls be one package?

Yes — as on Will Towers (45,000 m² of Schüco curtain walls and 50,000 m² of composite-cassette rainscreen), SOHO+NOHO, Ostrov, the Novy Vzglyad school and Perm Art Gallery. One design office then details the curtain-wall-to-rainscreen junctions.

What drives the price?

The system and profile manufacturer, the type and size of glass units or cassettes, the geometry (curved glass, double curvature), the area and how repetitive the elements are, the scope (supply only or with installation), the schedule and the logistics to site.

Do you do the design yourselves?

Yes. Our design office builds the 3D model, runs the structural and wind-load calculations and issues shop and installation drawings from the client’s architectural design.

Where is the plant?

Our own plant in the Rzhev district, Tver region (Esinka). Profiles are cut and CNC-machined there, and units are assembled and shipped in installation order.
